The cottage "Carpe Diem" is quietly located two kilometers from the village of Marsanne.

Separated from the main house by a garden, you will find your own private terrace with garden furniture, a large living room, simple bed, sitting area with TV, kitchen with washing machine, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet.
Next to the bathroom you find a bedroom for two persons (140 cm bedding), with direct acces to the garden.

Designed for two people, with the ability to accommodate more people (sofa bed and extra bed).

Electric heating for the front and back season, private parking for two cars, a large garden is available.
